Meet Your Coach: Kayla Jones
For years, I was the person everyone could count on.
As a single mother for more than 30 years and a Senior Executive Assistant supporting executives in high-pressure environments, I became an expert at managing responsibilities, solving problems, and carrying more than my share.
From the outside, I looked successful. Inside, I was slowly drifting away from myself.
I know what it's like to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected while still showing up for everyone else. I also know what it's like to believe that your needs should come last.
Everything changed when I created my first Day of Hope.
What began as one intentional day each month dedicated entirely to myself became a life-changing practice. It helped me reconnect with who I was beyond my responsibilities, rebuild my energy, and create a life rooted in purpose instead of pressure.
That experience inspired me to create Hope's Highways.
Today, as the founder of Hope's Highways and author of A Day of Hope: How One Day Per Month Can Change Your Life and Reclaim Forgotten Hope, I help high-functioning women stop drifting toward burnout and start leading their lives with intention.
My approach combines practical structure with compassionate support through the HOPE framework:
Happy – Fuel what brings you joy.
Open – Create space through healthy boundaries.
Passion – Reclaim anticipation and purpose.
Empower – Lead your life with confidence and intention.
I believe the ability to do it all does not mean you are designed to carry it all.
You don't need more willpower. You need a system that protects your time, your energy, and your identity.
My mission is simple: to help you reclaim hope, one intentional day at a time.
Because you deserve more than a life you can manage.
You deserve a life you can look forward to.
